Welcome to the world of internet that you see where possibilities come to reality and it is the world of internet that shows you what the mainstream media cannot at times. Meet Hunter a Shuba Inu who is a pro at creating abstract paintings and has an obvious number of followers on social media.
The 5-year-old Shiba Inu lives in Alberta, Canada together with the owner, Kenny Au and wife, Denise Lo said “Our house has a big wall that we wanted to put some artwork on. We tried a few things different things, but couldn’t really settle on anything. Since Hunter is such a huge part of our lives, we thought it would be appropriate if he made some artwork for us. We tried training him to hold the brush, and then touch the brush to a piece of paper, and when we added paint, the result was very surprising.”

2018 in doggo eyes of Hunter
Many exciting things happened in 2018! .
I turned 5 years old and got to celebrate with my #yegshibafam at my Vegas themed pawty.
I got to taste test many yummies with my pawrents on summer patios.
I went to the park and ran around with my dog park gang all year!
I created happy lil paintings for franz all over the world! And painted for auctions for SCARS animal rescue.
Not to be dramatic but I’d literally die for hunter and his art
Some doggos like to play tug in their free time… i like to paint self portraits
Such a handsome painter!
He uses acrylic paper and non-toxic acrylic paint.
We’ve been asked this a few times. Hunter is kind of a clean freak and hates getting his paws dirty, so we won’t be able to put paint on his paws.
Are these mistakes or happy lil accidents? Only Dog Ross can tell you.
You always make the prettiest art!
“When he first learned it, he wanted to do it all the time,” said Au. “But we make sure we switch things up often so he doesn’t overdo himself or get bored. With painting, we’ve incorporated it into his daily routine and he seems to love having a job. It makes him calmer throughout the day.”
